Thinking about refurbishing your place without burning a huge hole in your pockets? Then you should consider getting yourself some used furniture online. Why order from web sites? Because they offer the most variety of items at low prices because they do not have to pay for the space unlike real shops. But there are some downsides to purchasing stuff from the web. One of which is the fact that you won’t be able to check the items, sure they look great on the photos but you won’t be able to feel the texture of the fabric used or check the item thoroughly until it gets delivered to your doorstep. Still, for busy people wanting to renovate and spruce up their place shopping through these web sites is the best possible option. But there are things a consumer has to remember when buying new or used furniture online.
The first of which is to know which web sites are legit. Don’t dive into buying items from a certain web site just because they offer the lowest prices. Actually, the lower the price they offer the more you should doubt. Why are they selling these items at such low prices whereas they cost twice or thrice the price in the malls or in another web site. There could be a number of reasons behind it such as, the products are cheap and low quality knock offs, the products are no longer in optimum condition or the web site owners are really just that generous that they are offering their products for almost nothing at all. Since the last option is very unlikely to happen, I would think twice do my research well before purchasing anything from these “low priced web sites”.
Let’s say you’re buying used furniture online and you’ve come across a high end brand that is selling for more than half its original price. Again, not every good deal is a bargain so think twice before placing that order. Just because the seller says its authentic it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is. If you are really interested in getting the item, ask the seller to provide proofs of authenticity. This will help you make sure that the item is the real thing. If they are able to provide you with proof then go and get it but if they can’t and start giving you reasons as to why they cant, which are often times not hard to believe, Id start doubting and as much as I want the item I probably would pass up on it. I mean, you are paying for it with your hard earned money and as such you have to get your money’s worth.
Take advantage of sales, free shipping as well as the free coupons they are offering. It might not take a lot off the price but hey, you’re still saving money. So ask the seller if they are offering any discounts, coupons or even free shipping. Most of the time they also give you a discount if you buy a certain number of used furniture or if you reach a specific purchase amount. So ask if they have any of those special discounts as it is a sure fire way to save money.

A 700K house on a 55k budget is unlikely, unless you have a 600K down payment. If you credit is bad and a lender tells you they will issue you a loan, you will have an high interest rate. Why don't get a copy of your credit report from https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp.
Review the information and fix your credit. It may take a year or two but it will be worth it. Be a little patient. You still won't be qualified for a 700k loan but, you can get a decent house. You can also go to

Costco sells flowers at a good price, from what I've heard. You can even order wedding bouquets from there, if you are not experienced making them yourself.
You may also want to see if there is a flower market in your area — one that supplies flowers at wholesale prices to local florists. They usually have great prices for regular people, too. (I am getting my flowers from the San Francisco Flower Mart, and a friend of mine is making the bouquets.)
As far as pink and black flowers: I don't know any that are pink with black tips, but anemones can be pink with blackish centers. Here are some pictures:

I would be cautious about buying older flowers — you want to make sure you have ones that will look fresh on the wedding day, especially since the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres will need to be out of water for hours. You would be better off choosing relatively inexpensive flowers and keeping the bridesmaid bouquets small. I have even heard of wedding where the bridesmaids carried a single flower instead of a bouquet. You might also want to consider keeping the centerpiece arrangements to a minimum and reusing the ceremony flowers as reception decorations. Good luck!

a correction: used stuff has proven itself to be sturdy, so don't rule it out. look at craigslist and thrift shops for at least some of your items. if you're in the northeast try bob's discount furniture. check out ikea if there is one near you, but be selective, only some of their stuff is worthwhile.

Look for natural top grain cowhide.
Ashley has some nice stuff if you like sofas that recline. I have recently been shopping their leather sofas.

sand, or degloss the existing finish. prime with a bonding/stain blocking primer, tinted to deep gray, then apply 2 to 3 coats of paint. spraying it would give the best finish, but if you must brush and or roll, add penetrol to oil based paint or floetrol to latex, to provide a self leveling component( to reduce brush marks).
honestly, i would get pricing from a local industrial painter who could spray it all. you would get the best finish that way, and it would be no work for you.
